Good things come in small packages, which is why we keep our group sizes down. This means we’re small enough to remain flexible as we thread our way through communities without intimidating the locals. On most of our trips, you’ll be part of an intimate group of 12-16 people, though our group sizes are on average 10 people. Our Overland trips are in purpose-built vehicles that can carry up to 24 travelers. Group sizes are displayed on each trip’s overview page on our website.

  • Can I just do part of the trip?

Although you won’t be reimbursed for any portion of the trip unused, you can opt to sign off the trip if you need to leave a day or so earlier. If you let us know before travel that you’ll be arriving late or need to leave before the end of the trip, we will notify our team on the ground to best accommodate your requirements.

Overall very good experience and value for money, taking into account the quirkiness of India. We appreciated the extra sightseeing and surprises such as extra meals included in Jaisalmer. Our guides were helpful for those who had issues along the journey. Our coach driver was exceptional negotiating the roads and traffic always with a smile. What was I didn’t like was the size of our group which was too big for me. We would definitely recommend the company for a similar tour.

  • Malcolm Sandelin says:

The hotels were of a high standard. The staff at each hotel were very friendly and accommodating to such large groups.

All meals were included in this tour and it really took away the stress of having to find and decide what to eat. The food quality and variety was excellent. Most meals were buffet style and served at the hotels dining rooms.

Our tour guide was the exceptional one. Very knowledgable and with a great sense of humour. I enjoyed our conversations and his commentary.

Our driver was incredible. Navigating the roads and obstacles with care and skill.

Our bus boy Rahul kept us hydrated with his drink and lolly service and helped people on and off the bus always with a big smile.

This tour covers a lot of ground in 2 weeks so there will be some long travel days. The bus is air conditioned and comfortable with reclining seats.

As expected with these sorts of package tours, you will be taken to your fair share of retail stores / factory outlets. It would be good if there was a time limit for shopping. But you quickly learn to just go with the flow and drink the complimentary rum!

If you want a hassle free experience in India – this is the way to do it.
